I did an internship with Youth build Philly school. YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School gives young adults a second chance to earn a high school diploma, and transform their lives. My role was to regularly manage the new student applications and upload their personal information at school mint (website) and Excel. In addition, my duties were to manage students’ personal information and organized students’ applications. Every week, I updated the excel sheet with information about the new students and checked for missing information. I also helped the new students to fill school applications and set up their school accounts. Once a week, I attended the staff meeting and helped the staff for the events. I learned how to analyze data and turn raw data into information, make a good relationship with your clients, how to collect information by joining the sperate tables, and SQL.
