Jamison Celtic Rock
On Sunday night I went to visit my friend at the pub/bar that she works at on South street called Paddy Whacks. They we’re having a live performance that night by an Irish rock band called Jamison Celtic Rock. I think that this band fit perfectly with the kinds of people who frequent this bar. They were all wearing plain dark jeans and different colored t-shirts; a very laid-back setting. Mostly every other male in the bar was wearing the same exact thing and most of them were around the same age as the band members. I really enjoyed the music I think it completely fit. They not only played some original music but also some covers by Mumford and Sons and Greenday. The crowd was loving them, I love celtic/irish music since I do have an Irish background so I really enjoyed it. According to my friend, the crowd especially likes it when the bands playing have a irish feel to them, considering Paddy Whacks is an Irish Pub. I have even looked them up on YouTube since Sunday and have listened to a few of their other songs.
