INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECTS:
- Constructed a database from public real estate data sources to identify possible foreclosures and otherwise available properties that may be profitable to purchase. Ongoing project.
- Created a pivot table using multiple databases to find trends in neighborhood crime rates and local school performance across Philadelphia County. Trends were followed from elementary to high school in each neighborhood.
EXPERIENCE: Viking Furniture, Maples Shade, NJ July 2016
Casual Labor
- Processed furniture orders, picked up and received incoming orders, assembled furniture, and delivered furniture to customers.
- Removed carpets, furniture, and trash from a property following eviction of the resident. Assisted with repair of doors, windows, hardwood floors, and the shingled roof.

- Prepared about $3000 worth of food orders nightly. Usually worked alone, but sometimes led a small team. I also trained new employees.
