Business Operations Internship
- Business Operations. Migrated data into company CRM containing over one million clients, reformatted existing sales data in CRM using analytical skills, analyzed client information using CRM and Excel.
- Shark Tank Project: worked with 4 other group partners in order to implement up-and-coming features and/or improvements to help achieve company’s overall success. Suggested improvements to CRM system and additional functions in order to (e.g., list the projects you worked on and what you accomplished)
- What I learned: This internship helped me understand the usage of CRM and Data Analytics in a ‘real-world’ job. I initially learned the basic functions of CRM and data analytics throughout my coursework in MIS, starting with MIS 2101 and continuing on in the following courses. This internship provided a deeper understanding of how a CRM actually works and the data that it contains, it also helped further improve my data analytics skills by allowing me to use software such as Excel and others to scrub large amounts of data in an accurate and efficient way.
