I have many years experience working in the fine dining food and beverage industry. I have worked as a busser, waitress, bartender and banquet server. All positions have required me to exhibit decorum and professionalism to help guests to have an elegant experience. This included dressing neatly and being able to hold small talk conversations, both of which can be carried over into the professional business world.
My plans are to use my past knowledge along with what I am learning in my classes to acquire an internship next summer.
