Deloitte Enabling Areas Conference
From June 28th to June 30th, I had the opportunity to attend the Deloitte Enabling Areas Conference at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas. The conference\’s theme was \”Greater Together\”, which played into every activity myself and all the other attendees took part in. We got the chance to watch presentations detailing what the highest-performing teams in Deloitte do to be the best, how to establish trust, cooperation, and leadership within teams, and how to conquer adversity as a group.
At the conference we had the opportunity to meet and network with hundreds of interns as well as Deloitte professionals ranging from manager all the way up to principal. The enabling areas conference gave me opportunity to make connections that will last the rest of my career.
Overall, the conference was a fun learning and networking event that I will never forget. I can not understate how appreciative I am that I got the chance to attend, and can say that I would without a doubt go again should the opportunity present itself.
