I love cooking and trying new things. Recently I’ve been into cooking different types of breads. Yeast is a really tricky ingredient and kneading the dough to give you the right consistency of dough is the key to perfect bread.
One of my favorite places to get good bread tips is at A Taste of Challah by Tamar Ansh.
I’ve also traveled three times to Israel in the past, and I’d love to travel more and to many more places. I’ve always wanted to backpack through Europe, and go to the rain forests in Brazil.
