The course I took on LinkedIn.com was called “Rock Your LinkedIn Profile”, which taught me about setting up my LinkedIn profile.
LinkedIn.com is a professional social networking site. People can look for new jobs or employees on the website, and can also connect with others and discuss career-related content. Therefore, it is important to show your skills and experience with LinkedIn profile. It includes your education, skills, experience, work experience, articles you have published, and your comments, etc. It’s like an online resume, which provides you opportunities to meet more people or companies.
The course shows a detailed process of creating the profile, so I can better understand and develop my profile. By improving my LinkedIn profile, I can seek a job I preferred and attract employers to contact me. I believe that I’ll show myself better and build my network with more people with the help of LinkedIn.
