SAP is a German software corporation that provides ERP software solutions to businesses. I have had the opportunity to assist as a data analyst in the demand management for the East market unit at SAP. On daily basis, I generate pipeline for the sales team using different CRM sources to track these, and create useful reports to the COO and VPs of the eight industries in the East. I also work as a Project Manager and UX Designer to consistently keep track of the new programs launched and post resources into a whole new internal site designed.
This internship has thought me the importance of balancing creativity against productivity, helping me discover new skills I never thought of such as event planner. All of my projects were put into real work and I was never underestimated by my knowledge, age or work experience. It was always my dream to work at SAP since the start of my studies at Temple, and working now here is one of my biggest accomplishments in life.
