Operations Analyst
Post graduation, I will be joining BNY (The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation), the world’s largest custodian bank, with ~45,000 global employees which was founded by Alexander Hamilton in 1784. I will be based in Pittsburgh, PA within the Operations division as a Rotational Analyst. The Analyst program at BNY is a 2 year development program consisting of three rotations of eight months each, during which I will be assigned to different operations teams to gain exposure into the bank’s functions, working on tasks such as process analysis, data reconciliation, workflow improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration. This role directly ties back to Fox MIS because it requires me to apply skills in data analysis, systems thinking, and process optimization that I developed through coursework such as Data & Analytics, Digital Systems, and UX Design. MIS courses truly prepared me to be able to support technology-driven decision-making within a large financial organization like BNY!
