Intranet Content Analyst Intern
When I first began at Temple ITS, I helped design and launch a modernized version of the TU Portal for over 30,000 users by testing and debugging the new portal to ensure a smooth user experience. Additionally, I synced system information across multiple environments to achieve cohesive design, while also documenting technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. Currently, I collaborate with ITS team to identify and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity and have shifted to documentation using KnowledgeBase. During this role, I was able to use what I learned from my User Experience Design class, such as the use of signifiers and the importance of matching the user’s conceptual model to the system image.
