- Job function (e.g., overall role, assigned tasks)-Fix laptops, desktops, printer. Configure routers, network printers, and domain accounts. Set up firewalls and antivirus. I removed viruses from computers and updated the drivers through device manager.

I learned that making connections with people gets you far. MIS is a business major and I learned that in order to grow a business, you need other people and they need to be satisfied with your work.
