Project Management – Project Portfolio

The creation of a final project portfolio was our final deliverable in my MIS 3535 (Leading Global Digital Projects) course. During this course we covered a wide range of topics and gained valuable project management skills. During this course we were assigned a group of business analysts (BAs) from a course that we have done ourselves  the previous semester. These business analysts were assigned a specific project – in our case being the revamping of Temple University Press’s website. Our project as project managers was to keep our BAs motivated, on-time, under-budget, within scope, all while ensuring high quality.
