• Provided customer service and sales assistance to clientele.
• Interpreted retail trends revealing batteries at 60% and home telephones at 12% of total sales.

During the summer of 2012 I interned as a customer service representative in RadioShack franchise in the Caribbean island of Antigua & Barbuda. My duties included being an effective salesperson, and analyzing sales trends using Excel tools.
