Head Technical Consultant, Fox School of Business

I have learned a great deal in working as a technical consultant  in a business environment. Here I help faculty and staff of the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a great variety of technological needs; hardware, software, laptops, desktops, and their peripherals. Troubleshooting minor inconveniences such as missing sound, and rolling out large projects such as computer lab hardware upgrades and system images.

Merchandiser, Acosta Sets and Sales

Before this position as a merchandiser,  I honestly thought that stores just put things wherever they wanted ion the shelves; whereas this is mainly true, it was my job here to “set” the shelves so that items were where the individual businesses agreed they would be. This was accomplished both independently and in teams to get larger projects done.

Camp Staff, Jersey Shore Council Boy Scouts of America

Working for the Boy Scouts was  the hardest I had ever worked in my life, but it was also the most valuable. This job  entailed the education of boy scouts in skills such as wilderness survival and orienteering.  The job description would change on the fly however, between educator, entertainer,  janitor and even food service. Forcing me to learn a great deal of skills in a very short time and how to switch between these skills at a moments notice.

Self Employed, Computer Consultant/ Tech support

In the second half of my sophomore (3rd) year of college I started a computer tech support shop. This has given me a nearly limitless supply of problems to diagnose and solve on dozens of computers. Not only a great learning environment from a technical standpoint, but also a hands on approach to learning different aspects of business from an entrepreneurial standpoint.  You can visit my Website Here.
