Data Science and Analytics Career Paths and Certifications: First Steps
For this activity, I chose the LinkedIn Learning course title “Data Science and Analytics Career Paths and Certifications: First Steps.” This course ran through things such as changing career paths into data science and analytics, the right courses to take, and determining whether you should pursue certification. I learned about different marketplaces where roles in data science and analytics are offered, the different types of skills required to enter and keep up with the industry, as well as the different types of roles offered in this space. This activity is relevant to my coursework and career path because I am pursuing a data analyst role.
