Manage roughly 200 guards per season. Create and manage staff rotation, making adjustments to respond to changes. Enforce park rules and policies, apply safety standards, standard operating procedures, and disseminate pertinent information to guests. Conduct and document daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the facility and equipment. Conduct spot checks on staff members; conduct Vigilance Awareness Training (VAT) and other training. Maintains proper pool water chemistry. Notifies Duty Manager of variations from established ranges. Troubleshoot pool operational issues that arise. Performing lifeguarding duties as required
