I attended the Leadership & Development – Agile Troubleshooting Amid Upheaval webinar to learn how to troubleshoot in real time, gain and maintain perspective, leverage analysis competencies, and promote and enable focus. The webinar was led by Hanna Bauer—a serial entrepreneur and organizational founder with over 22 years of leadership and training experience. Ms. Bauer introduced and dissected an important framework to help a team navigate, focus, and create a new culture amid times of disorder and disorganization. The steps are as follows: Keep the main thing, the main thing; determine the current performance or magnitude of the problem; reflect don’t react; implement and verify solutions; and promote and enable focus. This framework is crucial to empower a team and to multiply one’s effort as a leader.
