Data-Driven Product Management

This course strengthened my understanding of data-driven product management. I learned the differences between product and marketing analytics. I also learned how to use tools like Amplitude and FullStory to gather and analyze product data. I explored strategies for retention measurement, including N-day and bracketed retention. In addition, I practiced creating user personas to enhance user experience and learned how to plan and run experiments. These skills give me a strong foundation to help products succeed through data-driven insights.
