Information Technology Assistant
I was the Information Technology Assistant for Cloud Architecture, a class in the MIS curriculum at Temple. In this role, I supported Professor Doyle in helping students overcome errors and working with them to troubleshoot problems in their Amazon Web Services application configurations. This helped me gain more knowledge of the AWS platform and enhance my understanding of its capabilities. In addition, I also gained experience in communicating complex topics to students in a clear and digestible way.
