Consultant at the Instructional Support Center
· Provide one-on-one consultation and group training on the use of instructional technologies for faculty and staff members
· Solve challenging problems and provide effective solutions on a variety of instructional technology tools and systems to support teaching and learning
· Test and evaluate new and existing systems, applications, building blocks, widgets, and technical tools
· Manage and co-manage complex projects with fellow consultants
· Provide various Media Production Services
· Provide expert knowledge of Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard to the Temple University community
· Provide consultations for sites.temple.edu which is powered by WordPress
· Assist consultants and co-teach to train on the use of scheduling system called LibCal
· Operate service request system called Remedy on a daily basis
