State Representative Killion’s Office
For two years I volunteered at Pennsylvania State Representative Thomas Killion’s district office. This was my first experience in an office setting and it helped to develop me professionally. Though my duties would differ depending on the time of year, as well as what was going on within the district, some of my tasks included:
- Used the office’s Internet database to input and organize the information and claims of the constituents in the district.
- Filed two-years of office paperwork in chronological order to maximize organization and the ease with which documents were found.
- Volunteered during campaign by putting together hundreds of brochures and conducting phone calls to remind constituents to vote.
