How to Create Unique Customer Journeys to Optimize Business Outcomes

I found the webinar very interesting. Shawn Phillips specializes in improving customer experiences and loyalty. In order to do so, he needs a deeper understanding of his audience – the customers.

Shawn discusses various programs and AI tools for understanding customer data. One tool that stood out to me is ChatCSV. Similar to ChatGPT, it lets you ask questions to break down data. It automatically identifies the key column as per the AI’s analysis. This assists Shawn in identifying where to provide help and how to ask follow-up questions.

I think tools like these have the potential to save time and prevent researchers from overlooking important information.
