Neil Mundell and Cencora solutions mentoring event
I had the honor to be the mentee of Neil Mundell IT vice president at Cencora. My experience as his mentee was excellent I learned a lot about his path to getting where he is today and his advice to succeed in a fast-paced industry. The advice that struck home with me the most was ” You don’t have to have it all figured out and know where you’re going, but constantly try to assess your interests, strengths, and weaknesses. To end up where you’ll be happy. “. This hit a cord with me because Neil and I talked a lot about career development and goals after college. We talked about this first over Zoom then he invited me out to the Cencora office in Conshohocken where I enjoyed his tour of the beautiful facility a ate lunch together.
