Academic History
Phil-Mont Christian Academy is where I attended school from Kindergarten until Freshman year of high school. There I was very active in sports where I was the co-captain of the junior varsity team as well as a member of the track team. Phil-Mont gave me a strong foundation of ethics, academics, and athletics.
From Phil-Mont I transferred to the Creative and Performing Arts Highschool of Philadelphia. While it was a drastic change from private school that I was accustomed to for the majority of my primary and secondary education, CAPA truly changed my life. As a vocal major, I was able to balance my academic studies with my enjoyment of the arts. I was able to travel, meet amazing people while singing with the all city choir, and gained a sense of independence. In June of 2009 I graduated with a 3.5
Temple University has been an amazing experience, one I will cherish for the rest of my life. As a recent graduate, I cannot believe how quickly college has flown by. As a Human Resource Management with a minor in Management Information Systems I am able to combine my love of multitasking and team dynamics with my technological skills. Fox School of Business provided so many resources and helpful courses that I know will direct me on the path to becoming a successful project manager/coordinator. Some of my favorite courses I have taken throughout my undergraduate career were:
Human Resource Management: Public Policy
HR on the Ground
Fundamentals of International Business
Business Communications
Information Systems in Organizations
Business Society & Ethics
