Executive Recruiter of the Professional Sales Organization
Recently I have been promoted to Executive Recruiter within the Professional Sales Organization. As the Executive Recruiter, I lead a team of three whose main objective is to increase the number of people in the organization. I give presentations to classes with over 250+ people, run the recruitment booth & create marketing plans to help the organization grow from 20 members to 50. As a recruiter, I have immensely increased my communication skills, and this helps me work towards my career goal of working in Tech Sales.
