Project Management Intern
As a Project Management Intern at Exelon, I had the opportunity to support projects that emphasized compliance, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency. This role was sponsored by the Operational Technology Security Governance Program where I collaborated closely with managers and team leads. My responsibilities included analyzing, documenting, and mapping workflows to ensure compliance standards were met and risks were minimized. I also developed and maintained an Excel-based forecasting model to map project timelines, which was later used in shareholder presentations to highlight progress and milestones. Additionally, I contributed to the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters that provided key project updates and improved communication across stakeholders. Through this experience, I enhanced my technical, analytical, and communication skills while gaining practical exposure to project management in a professional environment.
