· Completing various long-term projects to assist the Facilities, Accounting and HR department of McCormick Taylor
· Electronically filing documents with the assistance of Adobe Acrobat Pro
· Analyzing various documents such as invoices for discrepancies
Klenk Law: Legal Administrative Assistant
· Assisting in billing needs for clients using Clio software
· Completing various long- and short-term projects for the firm with minimal supervision
· Scanning, filing and closing client files to be stored electronically into Clio software
· Analyzing and Correcting legal documents for Discrepancies
· Witnessing signing of legal documents such as wills, trusts and deeds
· Direct client contact, addressing initial client concerns and client intake
Temple Beasley School of Law:
· Conducted research and updated information on various constituents using outside sources and Temple’s database
· Made and answered various phone calls associated with Temple Law School Deans Office
· Trained new student workers on Event Management and INB.
· Created events on Event Management, INB and Imodules.
· Worked with various Microsoft excel spreadsheets and word to help update and organize constituent information.
