They must be open and excited to learn new technologies. They need strong interpersonal skills, including stellar oral and written communication skills. The student needs to be self-directed and motivated to complete their responsibilities, working independently to coordinate multiple tasks, as well as a team player. They must be able to meet strict goals and deadlines, and have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The student must possess the ability to interact respectfully with diverse cultural and socio-economic populations and diverse groups of stakeholders. Being well organized yet flexible is a key characteristic. Experience in working in a customer service setting is an asset.
