Work Experience
Beginning in my junior year of high school, I began working as a bus boy in a local Italian restaurant called Carini Risorante. I worked there until I left for college, rising up to the assistant bar manager. Not only was I involved in the day to day operations of the business, I saw firsthand the work ethic and mentality to get the job done correctly. In addition, I worked together with my boss and coworkers to convert the sales system to a tablet-based point-of-sale system. At the beginning of my sophomore year at Temple University, I began working for a small startup called Tapingo that delivered food to customers within the vicinity of the university. Delivering food not only solidified the customer service skills I learned at my previous job, but improved my critical thinking skills as well due to always being on the move.
