While I was employed part-time at Dosie Dough café, I was able to receive many skills that I took with me to other jobs. For example, I was able to manage the store twice a week, order supplies, and train new employees. I also ran the store’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Spotify accounts; this consisted of posting daily on all accounts which resulted in gaining over 600 followers over a 5-month period. This experience especially increased my knowledge on the impact of social media and advertising. These skills were able to transfer to the other jobs I had at various coffee shops because of the similar procedures that were followed there.
