Confidence or the lack there of can be the deciding factor on if your successful or not; yet fear and doubt are natural emotions and to a certain level are important emotions to stop us from being reckless. What is more important is being confident but setting accurate expectations. That is what this course with TJ Guttormsem covered with it helping me learn skills in identifying the emotions and the emotional state that lead to a lack of confidence and redirecting them to gain confidence not just in the short term but maintain confidence. At the same time it was not just having the confidence but also developing proper communication skills to set expectations so that everyone is on the same level of understanding as well as self reflection in identifying performance. These skills will help me with presenting what in the work place by ensuring I can present what I know to be right and not get held down.
