Our approach involved comprehensive research, stakeholder engagement, and the development of targeted strategies that included recruitment enhancements, workplace wellness programs, and policy recommendations designed to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.

What you learned and how it relates to your major:

During my internship, I gained valuable experience tackling challenges that were entirely new to me. One notable project involved setting up an SQL Server database in C#. Through this, I developed the ability to navigate and troubleshoot the code to identify connections to the database and effectively repair and resolve any issues. It relates to my major as there will always be a challenge or a difficult scenario where I would have to attempt to troubleshoot the issue my self.
