Performed secure data sanitization on obsolete devices to maintain data privacy and prepare equipment for decommissioning or repurposing.
Managed firmware updates across various devices, ensuring all equipment was up-to-date with the latest security patches and software enhancements.
Develop a SQL Server Database programmatically using ADO.NET within a Visual C# .NET environment, leveraging Microsoft technologies for robust database management and application integration.

Project Title: Enhancing Gender Diversity and Well-being in Mission-Critical Roles

Description: As part of a collaborative team initiative, I contributed to a project aimed at increasing the representation of women in mission-critical roles while simultaneously addressing and mitigating stress factors for women currently in these positions. Our approach involved comprehensive research, stakeholder engagement, and the development of targeted strategies that included recruitment enhancements, workplace wellness programs, and policy recommendations designed to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.

What you learned and how it relates to your major:

During my internship, I gained valuable experience tackling challenges that were entirely new to me. One notable project involved setting up an SQL Server database in C#. Through this, I developed the ability to navigate and troubleshoot the code to identify connections to the database and effectively repair and resolve any issues. It relates to my major as there will always be a challenge or a difficult scenario where I would have to attempt to troubleshoot the issue my self.
