Server & Assistant Operations Coordinator
I currently work at Kanella Restaurant, where I help out with the front of the restaurant in terms of serving, food running, expediting, and also using the POS system for cashiering and order taking. In the back of the restaurant, I work with the delivery system and communicating with any customers if there are any issues. I also help out with weekly supply runs to restaurant depots and restocking the restaurant with materials, inventory and foods we need. It is a great learning experience of how restaurants operate and what needs to be done in order for a business to keep thriving. Another learning experience is working together with a group of people in a fast paced environment. It can be very difficult, but it helps out with my problem solving skills and adapting quickly even under pressure. I continue to enjoy, learn, and grow more each day working.
