Job Description:
+ Migrating income from Temple Physician to different department using Microsoft Access.
+ Reconciling and running tape record on more than 200 checks coming in every week.
+ Monitoring the credit balance of various Explanation of Benefit (EOB) using IDX, a healthcare billing software.
One of the projects I got to participate in this semester was integrating the new healthcare billing software in Temple’s hospital credit and balance office. We changed from using Microsoft Access to a custom software that is more advance and throughout.
Working here really helps me with both of my majors : MIS and Accounting. Especially in Accounting Information System class that I am taking this semester.
