From Excel to SQL
In this LinkedIn learning session, I took the role of a student. I chose this course because I understand the importance of understanding how to work with multiple applications as most of the time they need to work together to get a desired company output. In this case, I learned the functions that allow someone to work with Excel functions in SQL and vise versa. This course refined my skills in SQL, and helped me understand more about what I thought I already knew relating to SQL functions and working with different datasets. In this course, I reviewed basic SQL functions, then went on to more challenging applications such as using pivot tables, advanced subqueries, and working with Excel functions that do the same thing in SQL as they do in Excel.
