    1. Project manager for a team of 3-7 technicians in multiple cities across the US, including Kansas City, Minnesota, and Chicago.  Installed 1000+ smart devices within multi-family properties and instructed residents on how to use and maintain their new technology.
    2. Attended training seminars for control systems including Stratis and network management platforms including Ubiquity.
    3. Worked alongside CEO to design and implement automation systems within residential and commercial buildings.

 

3. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)

    1. Utilized multiple computer and mobile applications to design and manage remote management systems and lighting control systems within units.
    2.  Used AWS to host a server for a smart mirror application, and designed a user interface for the smart mirror for an apartment building.
    3. Worked with cloud computing and network programs including Unifi Controller to manage home networks.
