Along with general Temple University and Fox School of Business Courses, I have taken the following courses:
- Information Systems in Organizations
- Data Analytics
- Enterprise IT Architecture
- Data-Centric App Development
These courses have taught me a great deal in the way of information systems management and information security. I have worked on various projects using industry-standard tools and platforms. I have learned various coding languages, and have applied this knowledge in a professional setting.
I am particularly interested in Enterprise IT Architecture because as we transform into a Cloud-driven, Software-as-a-Service economy, economies of scale will drive greater and greater levels of efficiency, while minimizing downtime. In addition to the physical IT architecture of the Enterprise, the software environment is equally important. Business relies on rapid transmission of mission-critical data, and this dream is not achievable without lean, robust, dynamic software. I’m excited to continue to use the skills I’ve learned in these courses to drive efficiency in organizational data transfer throughout my career.
