Cloud Success Plan Realization Analyst
I have recently been blessed with the opportunity to work for SAP America. SAP is the global market leader in Enterprise Software Applications. This company thrives on innovation and a culture that promotes creative problem solving. In my current role, I assist in developing and maintaining success plans for each of our customers, where we ensure that each customer is achieving their goals and using SAP products to their full potential. The skills I am learning are increasing my ability to problem solve, plan for the future, recognize both short and long term customer business objectives, and time management.

Marketing and IT Analytics Intern
When I was rehired at Yoh, I was tasked with improving and maintaining various information systems including the COS and two CRM systems managing over 25,000 contacts. I leveraged data and web analytics tools to track and increase sales conversion rates, created and maintained and easily accessible dashboard to view changes over time in various data points, and assisted upper management in making strategic software purchasing decisions.

Digital Marketing Intern
When I was hired at Yoh as a Marketing Intern in 2016, I learned about the industry, various standard operating procedures, and SEO best practices. Working with leadership, I developed marketing key performance tracking indicators and procedures for reporting to management, assisted with web design, and helped with strategizing marketing efforts.
