Document the Controls
Today, you learned about controls and how they are used to insure positive outcomes from a business process. Please review exercise #3 & #4 below and work through the directions.
Additionally, make any final changes to your swim-lane and ERD diagrams, as well as you business rule table and have them ready to turn in before class starts on Day 8. Your team will also need a brief presentation of the process as you see it and the most important controls that should be used.
