The Six Morning Habits of High Performers

I watched a linkedin course titled “The Six Morning Habits of High Performers”. This course taught me the SAVERS acronym which stands for Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise,  Reading, and Scribing. These are all tools I can use for my morning routine. My morning routine has gotten dramatically better this semester, however after watching this course, I think there is room for improvement. I typically read in the morning, but I think affirmations are something that I should get into more.
