Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization
In this activity, I learned more about design thinking, and how it can be beneficial to use. I also learned about how change has to be collaborative in nature, and how if it isn\’t the change won\’t work. I enjoyed learning about the meaning behind prototypes and how they can be so useful.
This will help me in the workforce because I will have more information about collaboration and the heart of change.
