Guest Advocate
I am currently working as a Guest Advocate at Target, North Wales P.A., (part time non-major specific work) in which I am on the service team. In my role, I am consistently engaging and communicating with customers to build an inclusive guest experience, while resolving all online order service inquiries. In addition, one of the main goals/tasks is processing and delivering 100+ orders daily while meeting the stores KPI’s.
From this role, I was able gain valuable communication and organization skills within the retail industry and with Management Information Systems, having these two key skills allows for the capability to work with teams on projects and effectively communicate to clients, co-workers and others involved in a team or work setting.
