I completed the LinkedIn Learning course Mastering Lookup Functions in Excel: Seven Powerful Formulas to strengthen my Excel and data analysis skills. In this course, I learned how to use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, INDEX-MATCH, and GETPIVOTDATA to efficiently retrieve and analyze data from large datasets. I gained a better understanding of how lookup functions work, especially how combining INDEX and MATCH or using XLOOKUP creates more flexible and dynamic spreadsheets. As a Management Information Systems major, these skills are directly applicable to my coursework and future career, where working with data accurately and efficiently is essential for business decision-making.
