Technical Support Student Worker

My role as a technical support student worker includes providing high-quality customer-centric technical support to locations on Main and HSC campuses, executing services including setting up new computers, installing printers, reinstalling operation systems, drivers, software, and assisting with the cleanup of clients’ computers, and utilizing a ticket tracking to perform on-site service calls on a first-come-first-serve basis.

I’ve learned more hardware skills throughout my time at CPH that I would’ve never been able to learn in my MIS classes alone. In addition, I’ve been able to take these skills I’ve learned on the job in real life application when helping others out with technical difficulty problems.
