Sales Intern- Ciocca Dealerships
My job was to shadow various departments in the dealerships and learn different aspects of finance, lead generation, sales, and CRM. After that period of learning, my job was to sell new and used automobiles and facilitate multiple deals through the companies CRM.I was given a month and half to sell as many vehicles as I could as a independent salesman. I sold 11 cars in July, which was my first full month as a independent salesman. In the last two weeks of august I am on track to sell five cars and finish with a total of 16 cars sold in one and half months. During that period I also learned how implement and manage CRM for a large scale and multi-faceted organization.This job taught me how to relate to people and convince them to buy my products and invest in me as a person. Along with how IT skills can translate to real world success when it comes to relationship management. The job also started me down the lifelong path of developing my sales skills. I believe that these skills are a valuable commodity in the tech industry and will make me standout from my peers.
