Performance Controls Inc.
This summer I worked for Performance Controls Inc. I worked as an IT technician doing mainly Tier one helpdesk work and computer troubleshooting. Performance Controls is a small company, so I reported directly to the Systems Engineer/Head of IT. I attached my offer letter and a full, detailed IT Technician Job Description (1) I worked on several exciting projects this summer. I helped create and maintain an IT inventory management system, worked on troubleshooting and technical debugging computers in inventory to be re-purposed. I also worked on hardware testing for computers and other IT equipment.
