Position: Cybersecurity Intern at SAP – Office of the CIO

• Design and produce a weekly social media listening and news bulletin around SAP, competitors, partners, and thought leaders to understand market reactions and trends for the NA Chief Information Officer’s team and 22 other security leaders
• Develop a creative 6-month internal communications campaign with the NA Customer Transformation Office (CTO) to raise awareness among sales teams about digital transformation and the CTO
• Analyze pipeline data to create executive presentations on team performance

• Write event invitations and social media content for Twitter and LinkedIn to promote digital transformation and security at SAP conferences

 

Infusion Lounge Digital Marketing Internship: Jan – Aug 2017

Position: Digital Marketing Intern at Infusion Lounge and Cocktail Culture Co.

• Launched and managed 9 Google AdWords campaigns – researched keywords to target and exclude, A/B tested ad copy, and analyzed performance for improvements
• Wrote daily social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google+ promoting events/specials, scheduled posts using Hootsuite, and monitored metrics

Aetna Community Relations & Urban Marketing Internship: May – Aug 2014

Position: Summer Marketing Associate at Aetna – Community Relations & Urban Marketing Department

Aetna, Inc. is an American managed health care company, whichAetna Logo - blue sells traditional and consumer directed health care insurance plans and also a member of the Fortune 100 (Wikipedia).

During the summer after my sophomore year, I had a 12-week full-time internship with them in their Community Relations & Urban Marketing Department. This department was responsible for a wide variety of activities such as employee volunteerism, community outreach marketing, multicultural marketing, tradeshows, and also the award winning Aetna Customer Center. I had the pleasure of working with most of my department’s teams, as well as others in IT, Sales, and at the Aetna Foundation.

Here are some things I contributed during my internship:

  • Designed a Community Relations and Urban Marketing page to support the department’s internal awareness strategy on a Fortune 100 health insurance company’s internal social media platform that engages 57,000 employees
  • Assisted in creating consumer engagement activities for events millions attended, such as Aetna Day at Fenway Park and the Riverfront Dragon Boat & Asian Festival
  • Tracked and reported four Regional Marketing Directors’ 40+ sponsored events per month using Cybergrants
  • Executed two community service opportunities for Aetna’s 100 summer associates

 

KCX Consulting Social Media and Internet Marketing Intern: Jan – Apr 2017

Position: Social Media and Internet Marketing Intern

Roles: Graphic Designer, Content Curator, Social Media Marketing

• Redesigned logo using Adobe Illustrator to help modernize the brand image while maintaining its existing familiarity
• Curated and created social media content to share on the Facebook and Twitter pages of the small sustainability-focused consulting company

 

SBDC Marketing Consultant Intern: Jan – May 2013

Position: Marketing Consultant Intern and Temple University Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

Roles: Market Researcher, Social Media Strategy, Brand Development

• Evaluated and developed social media strategies for clients of a small business and start-up consulting program partnered with Temple University’s Fox School of Business
• Conducted market research, such as investigating supply chain vendors and competing products
