Paley Library
Beginning in September of 2013, I began working in Paley Library at Temple University as a Student Assistant. While studying at the Fox School, I work part time at Paley, five days per week.
The following are some of my duties as a Student Assistant at the library:
- Assisting an average of 5 patrons per day answering basic informational and directional library questions
- Helping library patrons locate materials within the stacks, using library call numbers
- Sorting books for shelving after they are returned by patrons
- Making sure that library materials are where they are supposed to be at all times
