Tow truck driver
Is as it was stated above, I was a tow truck driver for a company called Al’s Performance. It involved performing emergency and insurance tows. I would be assigned a tow where I would receive a vehicles location, the vehicles description, the customers information, and the drop-off location. Once received I would call the customer for clarifying information on the vehicle, such as “does the vehicle run”, “can the vehicle go into neutral”, “where is the vehicle being dropped off”. This job improved my communication and information gathering skills, where I am able to ask important questions to gather the info I needed to get the job done in a quick and efficient manor.
